Job description Role and Responsibilities 1. Assist with formulation/product development & optimization utilizing new raw materials, packaging components & equipment as needed. 2. Develop & optimize methods for measuring product attributes using various analytical measurement criteria (pH, viscosity, osmolality, titration, UV-Vis spectrophotometry etc.). 3. Perform scientific stability studies. 4. Write SOPs for the operation and maintenance of lab equipment and perform lab functions in conjunction with ES&H and OSHA requirements. 5. Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and minor re
