The Department of Medicinal Chemistry, College of Pharmacy, University of Florida, invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the assistant or associate professor level. Candidates should demonstrate outstanding potential to establish an externally funded research program, or have a record of a strong independent research program in drug discovery and development. The faculty hire will participate in professional and graduate teaching for the college. Area of specialization within medicinal chemistry is open and is expected to foster interdisciplinary research, ideally complement to current research programs. Current research programs in the department, including the
