A full-time postdoctoral position is available in the Department of Pharmaceutics and Experimental Therapeutics at the College of Pharmacy, University of Iowa. This position involves pharmaceutical formulation design, work with nanoparticle- and microparticle-based delivery systems, cancer nanomedicine, immunotherapy, pharmacokinetics, in addition to liquid chromatography and other analytical techniques, chemical synthesis, and animal models.
The successful applicant must have a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics with demonstrated experience working with nanoparticle preparation and characterization, cell culture, immunotherapy, High Performance Liquid Chromatography analysis, and in vivo murine tumor models, excellent presentation, communication and writing skills and a strong peer-reviewed publication record in pharmaceutical science based journals
